Hannah Horner's Grave site has some local historic significance as an identified lonely grave in the district. It is representative of the isolation and difficulties of pioneering life.
Located approximately 100 metres south of the Daadenning Creek Road in the middle of a paddock, the grave is marked by a concrete slab and surrounded by a fence of metal posts and wire to a height of 1 V2 metres.
