Physical Description

Timber framed and clad with a gable corrugated iron roof and enclosed verandahs across the frontage and extensions each side of the main dwelling.

History

The first telephone exchange was run from Harold Clark's which was run from the lake Grace exchange. Arthur Manton had a phone connected to the railway phone, at J Woods farm which was later owned by Jack Smith.
