Statement of Significance

The building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.

Physical Description

House features include a broken pitch roof, front and side gable, eight pane full length sash windows with decorative window skirting, stone quoining to corners and verandah. Internally the building is highly intact with original fireplaces, timber floors, doors and windows. Lath and plaster ceilings are present. There are two single storey timber clad out buildings which do not impact on the original building.
