Statement of Significance
The building is significant on the following grounds:
1. Erected 1913-14 for railway superintendent (traffic).
2. One of three aesthetically and architecturally pleasing homes forming an attractive
streetscape.
Physical Description
One of a group of three brick residences with C.G.I, roofs and
verandahs with ornamental parts and fascias to three sides of the
building.
