Statement of Significance

The office building is an important part of the streetscape and contributes to the character of the West End of Fremantle

Physical Description

The building is two storeyed and is constructed of stone. The upper floor has a balustrade parapet, elaborate pediment and stuccoed pilasters. The rectangular windows have false balustrading and shell decoration above them. The ground floor has horizontal shadow lines.
