Physical Description

The building was located between the rear of the Central Government Offices and the Town Hall. It was demolished in 1996.

History

The Rural and Industries Bank head office stage 1 was located between the rear of the Central Government Office and Perth Town Hall was completed in 1962. Stage 2 was located between the Perth Town Hall and Lands and Titles Building and was built in 1970.
The buildings were demolished in 1996. The location was chosen in 1927 as the bank was recognised as the State’s official savings bank.
