Statement of Significance
The place is imprtant historically as many othe farm buildings such as mens' quarters did not survive the ravages of time as this place has. The 'Sunnyside' mens' quarters were built in 1886 and are still well preserved.
They are imprtant aesthetically as a fine example of Flemish Bond Brickwork, unrendered.
Physical Description
The 'Sunnyside' mens' quartes are located on this property just north of hte homestead. Constructed on Flemish Bond brickwork, these quarters, lthough unused for many years are in remarkabe shape.
