Originally built as a Post Office and telephone Exchange. Still in use as a Post office but the Telephone Exchange part of the building now used as an electronic/transmission workshop.
A face brick and iron single storey building in the Inter-War Stripped Classical style (1925) with several original outbuildings including a former Carrier Building (interwar period, and 1952), former Line Shed and Store (interwar) and two garages (interwar, 1949-50, and 1970).
Built in 1925 as a Post Office and telephone Exchange. The telephone exchange has been removed and the entrance boarded up. The Post office entrance is original. Still in use as a Post office.
Good. With some changes but the original intentionis still obvious.
