Aesthetic Value: The building remains mostly in it's original condition and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape being located on a corner. It is demonstrative of the style adopted by hotels in the 1930's.
Social Value: It still operates as a hotel and as a meeting place for the local residents.
A two storey rendered brick building located on a corner with an upper storey covered balcony and a low pitched corrugated iron roof concealed by a plain parapet.
