The place, for its building form and architectural characteristics, makes a positive contribution to an impressive streetscape, which is typical of Mount Lawley. This house is a representative example of the Federation Queen Anne Revival architectural style.
A Federation Queen Anne Revival house with major gabled bays framing a verandah and entry steps. The verandah is set on posts and features some fret work. Windows are side hung casements with lead lights and some stained glass. It has brick with stucco strings and sills and a tiled roof.
An elegant example of the Federation Queen Anne Revival style that contributes stongly to the precinct.
