Statement of Significance
The house itself is of no architectural merit, rather it is an historic site associated with one of the town's most famouse sons.
Physical Description
Asbestos L-shaped cottage with corrugated iron roof. Asbestos gable ends. Verandahs and infilled verandah rooms under lower pitch roof. Part of a large block with extensive gardens and trelliswork.
