The place, for its building form and architectural characteristics,
makes a positive contribution to the streetscape. This place is an
example of a workers cottage.
A modest single storey narrow house with a single gang corridor, hipped roof with
a half timber gable at the front. It has a full width verandah with post brackets and
a timber fret valance. The verandah has a replacement concrete floor. The house
pairs with its neighbours. It has tuck pointed brick and stucco walls and a timber
framed iron roof.
An early, well crafted blue collar workers' house in an authentic state.
