Statement of Significance
Hallam's House is indicative of the simple workers cottages built in Kojonup along the main street and in the early 20th century. The place is associated with a well-known family in the local community at the time of its establishment
Physical Description
A simple timber weatherboard and iron gable roof cottage with a broken back verandah and set close to the road. A skillion roof garage is to the north.
History
1922/23 – notices in paper that H R Hallam was to remove sheok trees from out the front of his house on Albany Road. Another notice requesting a crossing to his house on Town Lot 37.
