Statement of Significance

The early buildings were built in the 8160's and the facade was built in the 1890's and is of historic importance to the townscape. Also its presence is essential to maintain the character and scale of Henry St.

Physical Description

A two storey stucco building with arched pediments over the windows and a triangular pediment over the main entrance. Also has a balustrade parapet and stone quoins. Originally a complex of housing, stone stables and shingle roof warehouses built circa 1860. It was the home and premises of early major and foundation president of the Fremantle Chambers of Commerce.
