Statement of Significance
The buildings are an integral part of the Phillimore precinct ad give a fine sweep to the eastern end of Henry St.
Physical Description
A two storey stucco stone building with recessed windows on street level and flat arches above windows to the upper level. It also has a dentil cornice. The building was constructed in two parts, one in 1888 and the corner section in 1896 and joined together. The latter part is a curved building.
