Statement of Significance
An important minor house and shop than contributes positively to the historic core and streetscape.
Physical Description
A modest house and shop combination built to the backedge of footpath with a framed pediment over the shopfront and a verandah over the pavement. Until recent times some of the earlier signwriting was visible in the pedement over the shopfront.

A minor shop and house combination expressive o1 the type previously in abundance in Coolgardie.
