Distinctive substantial interwar flats. A typical four flat plan of the interwar period given distinction by the styling of the stair tower. The ironwork fence of the 1990s is also a piece of good work from Perth g
Wrought Iron but does not fit particularly well with the the main building.
A standard format block of four flats of two storeys, c 1940, with four separate garages under; it is
arranged around a central staircase which uses Sullivan-like "Moderne" style leadlighting in a rendered
vertical tower. Otherwise construction is in face brickwork with a tiled roof. The landscaping and fence
are recent modifications.
