Physical Description
Set close to and below road level in the middle of a light industrial area
Variety of building fabrics were used in construction .. stucco, rendered brick, corrugated iron, timber
lattice screen and fibreboard
The bricks appear to be handmade
Window and door frames are original
Wooden double hung sash windows
Granite footings
Corrugated iron hipped roof
Chimneys rendered brick with moulded capping
Verandah across whole façade under broken backed roof
