Statement of Significance

The building is significant on the following grounds:
1. Built in 1965 by S W Hawkes and Son, using the plan for the Kodjedda Signal Cabin.
2. It is significant as it forms part of the Narrogin Railway precincts - ie Station, footbridge
and goods shed.
