Statement of Significance

A worker's cottage built before 1901 for rental in an eariy subdivision in Cottesloe.

Physical Description

A small Victorian cottage [pre 1901] with gabled roof of iron/zincalume and bullnosed verandah. Paired
double-hung windows. The unusual thing about this cottage is the gable infill of pressed metal which
may well have come from Splatt and Wall's pressed metal factory some two hundred yards away. There
are two storey extensions in the back yard.
