Statement of Significance

Well reconstructed older home on large block.

Physical Description

Weatherboard house with wide verandahs. Corrugated metal, hipped roof with small vent gable and one chimney. Bull nosed verandah roof. Verandah extends along front and north side and has timber floor and steps, posts and balustrade. The front door has opaque fan and side lights. Sash windows. Set on a large block with well kept garden and front picket fence. Opposite Memorial Park.

Integrity/Authenticity

1991 Major addition to rear designed by R Drexel (owner). Renovations.
