A two-storey bank building in a prominent corner location. Double storey face brick construction, brick plinth and truncated entry detail, hipped tile roof, original double hung windows on 1st floor, replacement windows on 2nd floor. The former residence adjoins at the rear and has been taken over for banking purposes. Overall, has a moderate to high degree of authenticity, with much of the form and fabric intact. Also has high integrity as at the time of assessment (2005) was still used as a bank.
