Statement of Significance
Related to the settlement of the Swan Valley.
Physical Description
Painted weatherboard cottage with corrugated iron roof set in attractive wooded garden setting. Original part of the house has double hung sash windows. The building has been extended and the verandah has been enclosed along the sides of the house. Extended section has casement windows. Brick chimney with corbelling.
History
The place is associated with the many subdivisions which took place in the Swan Valley in the interwar period.
