Physical Description

A hip roof, weatherboard house with gables. It has a return verandah with turned posts. The windows and casements and the gables are half timbered with decorative finials. The house is an elegant design and represents a refined version of the timber house type.

History

An elegant residence with high aesthetic values that contribute to the streetscape.
There is a significant large Norfolk Island pine tree in the front garden.
