The place has some historic and architectural value.
Physical Description
A single-storey weatherboard and iron cottage. Features of the original dwelling included a hipped rood with gabled front, lowered pitch verandah, split pane double hung sash windows in an unusual low position. The central front door has a fanlight and sidelights.

The place has been highly modified with the introduction of a new double garage in the front yard.
