A single storey red brick and stone, iron gabled roof building with surrounding verandah, constructed in the Federation Filigree style. The timber filigree decorative motifs on the verandah are noted to be distinctive in appearance.
Infill, possibly introduced at a later date, diminishes the symmetry and opening of the building.
The place is in good condition.
