History

Letitia Road is a small street running between Thompson Street and Rule Street that was developed over a number of years. Although there were some houses in the street by 1940, many of the original houses were not built until the 1960s.

House, 4 Letitia Road was completed in June 1969 for owners C L Wall and M L Duggan. The two bedroom timber and asbestos home was used mainly as a rental property and in 1984, remained in Duggan family ownership. By 1993, the property was owned by Mr R Hodsdon, who was granted permission by the City of Fremantle to demolish the house and replace it with a single storey dwelling with an undercroft garage.
