History
Memorial Site - A plaque in honour of the late Mr Frank Lupino was unveiled in 1982 to
commemorate Mr Lupino’s community service as a Rotarian. The plaque reads:
This park was created with assistance from the Rotary Club of Armadale. The Serpentine-
Jarrahdale Lions Club & The Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale Tourist Information Committee as a community service project to commemorate a Rotarian. Frant Lupino 1921-1980 who in 1951 established his first garage in this area & continued to give reliable & friendly service to the local community & the travelling public. Opened by Alma Lupino, October 2nd 1982
