Land was taken up by Mr Reynolds c 1905 at the junction of the West and Phillips Rivers. Mr & Mrs
Reynolds had a family of three sons and three daughters. It is not known when Mr Reynolds died but his wife
continued with, the farm for many years with the help of one son, two native boys and occasionally she
employed labour when available. Two sons. Harry and Jack, worked on the Rabbit Proof Fence. Later, the
property was purchased by Max Moir, the neighbour to the North who had married one of the daughters, Elsie
Mabel Reynolds.
Recommendation/
Stone chimney is the only remains of the house.
