An important example of interwar bungalow which contributes to the streetscape.
A suburban bungalow built in 1933 with attractive sweeping half-timbered gables but with jerkinheads.
The whole facade is rendered with windows in clusters of three or more set forward off the wall on timber
corbels. The roof is hipped and gabled with plain terracotta Marseilles pattern tiles. The verandah has a
masonry floor with paired "Tuscan" columns supporting the roof
Reputedly built by or for the Leunigs who owned the land in June 1933, then owned by Elston Blair from July 1933
