An important contribution to the streetscape and a building composition that has aesthetic merit in itself.
A modest arrangement of three shops and a house that together combine to make a
considerable contribution to the historic core of Bayley street. The central masonary building appears to have been built first and that other structures have been added subsequently.
An important minor complex typical of the late nineteenth century.
