This railway station is significant to the type of transport that was available in the 1930's.
The railway she has been moved back from the railway line to a property the other side of the M40. It is a small corrugated iron shed. There is a window at the rear of the building and a double door at the front.
The Railway line from Mukinbudin was extended to Bullfinch in 1929. It serviced the people of the Boodarockin townsite with goods and transport to Mukinbudin and Souther Cross.
