Statement of Significance

A good example of a weatherboard and tiled roof building that has been a social focus for almost three quarters of a century and an important part of BIC Reserve achievements.

Physical Description

Public tennis courts with weatherboard and tile California Bungalow clubhouse. Grass and hard courts.

History

Built in 1935, this was part of the improvement made by the B.I.C. of the reserve.
