Statement of Significance
A good example of a brick and iron Federation Bungalow in a small collection of houses from the same period in this street.
Physical Description
A red brick cottage with tuckpointed facade and gabled roof parallel to the street. The front door is to one side of front room, a room which is stepped out from the general mass of the house. This front room features brickwork gable end with projecting timber gale in sun burst motif.
Built in the Federation Bungalow style, this house sits within a small collection of houses built in the same period in the street.
