Statement of Significance

Possibly one of the workers cottages for the electricity and metal pressing mill in Curtin Street.
The glass is particularly fine and well preserved.

Physical Description

Dwelling has been demolished.
A weatherboard and corrugated iron cottage [1902-13] situated in mature plantings including two date
palms and concealed behind a hedge. The iron roof is hipped and brokenback. There is a verandah to
east and north. A notable feature is decorative paned glass in the windows.
