The building is a good example of a local church and is of architectural and social significance.
Nothing remains of the original 1922 building. The existing building has its entrance oriented to the east and is of a human scale, set in well maintained gardens. The east wall facing the street contains a large cross, a floor to ceiling stained glass window (two people reaching upward to God) and the words "Merredin Uniting Church".
Themes: Social and Civic Activities - Religion
The fabric of the building is as constructed, providing a high integrity.
