Condition
Chemistry Centre is in good condition. Its continued use for its original purpose and the maximum utilisation of all accommodation mean that the place has been well maintained. Current programmes of maintenance management appear to have been largely effective. The mastic expansion joints of the Adelaide Terrace wing have failed.
