Description of the place and its setting: This simple timber framed house is clad with asbestos and has a corrugated iron roof. The building features verandahs to all sides, some of which are enclosed. It has a dutch gable roof with a gablet, a brick chimney and timber framed double hung windows.
This house has been used for the accommodation of hospital staff and was therefore probably built in the early 1930's, given that the hospital was built in 1932.
