Statement of Significance

The building was classified for its architectural merit as well as for its important contribution to the streetscape.

Physical Description

A very simple two storeyed stuccoed office building. The street level has horizontal shadow lines and above are a series of cornice lines and a decorated pediment. Unlike almost every other building in High St, it has no parapet. The widows have stucco architraves surrounding them.
