Statement of Significance

A fine example of town house from the era of prosperity between 1890 and 1910 that saw the Goldrush Boom. It is an important component of the West End.

Physical Description

Large townhouse - two storeys - fine rooms - staircase. Constructed of brick and stone with stuccoed sections. Ornate cast iron and woodwork to balcony and gables. Original cast-iron fence ends and ornate tiled path and verandah. Unusual stined glass.
