Newtown Hall, a timber and iron hall in a vernacular style with modest additions has cultural heritage significance as the social focus of the location since 1898, used for social and school functions. The place contributes to the community’s sense of place.

Vasse Hall is a simple gabled, one room hall.
The place comprises a single room timber construction and iron roofed hall and a brick construction addition.
History
The place was built in 1898 and modified and extended in 1936. It has been an important local social focus since its construction. Used as a lesser hall.
