The building, with its stucco detail is of architectural interest and part of the West End of Fremantle.
The building is a two storey in the form of a tower. A Warehouse with residential accommodation. Limestone construction with some details in bluestone and freestone. There is an entry on the ground floor and arched windows on the first and attic floors. The roof and capped pilasters and a finial finishes the facade.
