Architecturally intact Edwardian weatherboard cottage all the more important for being one of a pair.
This is one of a pair of Edwardian weatherboard cottages with ornate pierced screens below the
verandah handrail. The negative image being more dominant than the positive it is only on close
inspection that the screen is actually revealed as a cut-out silhouette of balusters.Iron/zincalume hipped
roof with a skillion over the verandah and a small ornamental gable to the central front, this house has
had part of the front verandah enclosed - probably at a later date. A small awning roof projects out over
the window. Cement steps rise up to the verandah which is enclosed by as picket gate. There is a small
picket fence and a crowded native garden. Additions to the rear.
