Local significance relating to the early settlement of the Canning area.
Timber and iron cottage with double hung sash windows. A shed at the rear of the
lot is constructed of weatherboards with a lean-to iron roof. The shed incorporates the remains of a brick chimney. The lower section of the chimney is constructed of hand made clay bricks and the upper section is of later brickwork.
Mr Charlie Grose established a bus service in the area in the 1920s.
