Aesthetic Value: The building remains mostly in it's original condition and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape.
Historic value: Timber and iron was brought up from Esperence by camel costing 38 pounds per load. It is associated with the develoment of the Freemason movement of the Eastern Goldfields.
Social Value: It continues to function as a community hall offering ita space as a venue for community activities.
A single storey twin gabled building with Oregon timber framing and clad in corrugated iron, plasterboard and asbestos cement.
Extent of Original Fabric: 100%
Authenticity: Most of the original fabric remains intact and in it's original form.
