Statement of Significance

The building facade is an important part of the streetscape and the West End of Fremantle.

Physical Description

The building is three storeyed and constructed of undressed stoe and brick. It has a stuccoed parapet with raised pediments and a decorative cornice. The windows on the first floor are arched and have constrasting dressings. Stuccoed pilasters are featured on the first and second floors.
