Aesthetic Value: The building remains mostly in it's original condition and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape.
Historic Value: It is associated with the growth of Norseman as a mining town.
A single storey timber framed building clad with asbestos cement sheeting with a timber framed verandah and having a corrugated iron hipped roof. There is a central projecting gable that extends to the edge of the verandah.
