Statement of Significance
The Baker's Oven has some significance as part of a business concern that has operated in Mount Magnet for many years.
Physical Description
Situated behind the Bakery on Attwood Street the Baker's Oven is a large building constructed in different sections and materials. There is a large timber framed section which has been reclad with asbestos sheeting. It has a brick chimney to the west elevation. To the rear of the building is a brick section with a skillion roof and an adjoining timber framed, corrugated iron clad lean-to. The lean-to has a mono-pitched roof. The brick wall has been braced with timber posts for support.
