Planning application needs to be submitted to Town of Narrogin for any proposed development. Planning application needs to be referred to Regional Wheatbelt Heritage Adviser for comment and background information for HCWA. The development application needs to be submitted to Heritage Council (HCWA) for approval for any proposed development, and Town of Narrogin cannot approve contrary to HCWA recommendation.
