Condition

First Church of Christ, Scientist, Perth is little altered by the effects of cumulative maintenance and items such as the addition of shutters to windows are reversible. Some poor maintenance decisions have been made in the past, but these are very few and include such strategies as painting over the render at the rear of the building, obscuring its aesthetic qualities. Generally the place is very well maintained and maintenance has been sympathetic. Overall the place is in very good condition.
